We use Zoom Video Conferencing --https://zoom.us/-- for our on-line meeting. You don’t need to have a Zoom account, but you do need to have an internet connection and a camera or your PC/phone, etc, that allows us to see and talk to each other. Bookings are made by selecting clicking on the "Book Now" button, and selecting a date and time that suits you—via the calendar. Upon booking, you will receive a link, via email, that you will use to connect at the appropriate time: simply click on it and it will automatically connect you. That's it! I'm here to help. René
